Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking a Full Service event you are confirming your acceptance of the Full Service terms and conditions. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions.

The Agency will provide the artist(s) agreed upon. Should any artist be unavailable for any reason (such as illness) The Agency will inform The Employer and offer alternative artists.

The Employer shall be responsible for all matters pertaining to the promotion and production of the scheduled performance including, but not limited to, venue rentals, security and advertising. The Employer agrees to reasonably promote the performance through its usual course of promotion and advertising efforts. The Employer shall also guarantee the good behaviour of the audience. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the performance at any time.

The Employer shall give no less than seven (7) days notice to The Agency of cancellation of the performance or The Employer agrees to pay The Agency one half (½) of the guaranteed fee or £200.00 whichever is the greater.

Full Service is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from taking part in any Full Service event. This includes any damages, without limitation, arising out of communicating with other participants registered with Full Service. Such damages include without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury or emotional distress and discomfort.

In the event that you or any guest, ticket holder or other participant are injured or suffer damages of any kind at a Full Service event, you agree to release Full Service from any liability with respect thereof.
Please note: Photography is strictly prohibited during the performances. It is The Employer's responsibility to ensure that no cameras, camera phones or other similar equipment is used by any guests, ticket holders or other participants. The Performers and/or The Agency reserve the right to cancel the performance at any time if this is not strictly adhered to.

Data Protection

The confidentiality of your information is of paramount concern to the owners of the website. Information submitted to owners of the website is normally unprotected until it reaches us. Users are requested not to send confidential details or credit card numbers, for example, by e-mail, unless specifically requested.
